PGP-ICQ
PGP-ICQ is an encryption plug-in for ICQ that allows users to encrypt/decrypt their ICQ messages using PGP keys
With the PGP-ICQ encryption plug-in, users can utilize PGP keys to encrypt and decrypt ICQ messages. It does not require the user to have PGP installed in order to function with Windows. Additionally, this application has a built-in PGP key management tool. A user's manual, public key exchange via ICQ, and the ability to produce keys with arbitrary length and expiration date are all included in version 0.95 of PGPKeys.
Note: You have to switch to the single message mode if you are using PGP-ICQ with ICQ 2000.
