AgentDialer is a hybrid system that combines a semi-automated and predictive dialer.
By pressing a key, the system can quickly dial a phone number when in semi-automatic dialling mode. After connecting, you have the option to have a discussion, record the entire exchange, play back audio files, or transfer the call to another agent.
