CleverNote PIM from SSuite Office Software is a free personal information

A free personal information manager called CleverNote PIM from SSuite Office Software may be used to manage projects, events, notes, and even personal finances. With its tiny, user-friendly interface that combines a calendar, diary, notebook, and contacts manager, it fills the void between standard note-taking applications and large productivity suites.

A linear date line along the bottom of CleverNote's colourful, rectangular interface allows us to quickly access individual appointments and notes, as well as a series of large, clearly labelled tabs and buttons for accessing the app's features and functions. The Calendar Diary default tab view includes the current month's calendar, a scrolling calendar on the right-hand display, and a central note-taking area. Using the program's wizard, we added several appointments by clicking New and completing the fields with a time, priority, description, and any notes. We can edit, remove, or move appointments using the Edit, Delete, and Move buttons.Use a wizard that displays a calendar to transfer them to a different date. To reschedule the appointment, all we needed to do was click the updated date. Access to an Address Book, Note Book, To-Do List, My Money, Travel Expenses, and My Briefcase are available through the other tabs. A wizard-like interface is also used by My Money and Travel spending to assist you in configuring your bank account information or tracking your travel-related spending. Users who are constantly on the road will particularly value the briefcase feature, which allows us to attach files and documents and has an import/export function. Though there isn't a formal Help file, there is a brief help tutorial and an online link; we had no trouble figuring things out.
