Freeplane
Freeplane is free software for building mind maps.
A free mind map creation programme is called Freeplane. One of the main creators of FreeMind built this revised version of the popular programme. Written in Java, the programme works with any platform that can run the most recent versions of Java, such as: * Mac OS X * Linux / BSD / Solaris * Microsoft Windows * Portable Freeplane for Windows (which runs off a USB drive). Freeplane is accessible in several languages. Translations into Croatian, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian, and Spanish are now available.Swedish as well as a few other languages. The non-profit initiative Freeplane exists and is made possible by the involvement of several individuals worldwide. Version 2 or later of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL) governs the distribution of Freeplane.
